League Info

NRG has a 3 tier league system. This system is designed to advance players as their skills improve from beginner to advanced. Each league team is coached by a NRG club team coach. This system has proven over the years to be the best at taking a athlete new to volleyball and preparing that athlete for school and/or club volleyball teams.

The NRG Elite league is for athletes new to the sport and/or have limited experience playing 2nd-6th grade.

* No prerequisites 

- 6-week session for Spring & Fall Leagues - 4-week session for Summer Leagues

- 1-hour practice/week & 1 match/week (best 2 of 3) on Saturdays

- NRG club coach

- Game shirt provided

- Final week - Tournament Day

- Medals awarded 1st-3rd place

Summer Sessions:

• Summer 1: May 31-June 21
• Summer 2: June 28-July 19
• Summer 3: August 2-23

COST - SPRING & FALL $185 - SUMMER $125

The Pre-Club league is for athletes with 0-1 years experience, ages 4th-6th grade that are moving from the Elite league and/or meet the league requirements.

Requirements:

- Must be able to overhand serve from behind the 10' line

- Must be able to pass serve to middle of the court without ball going over the net

* EACH PLAYER MUST ATTEND AN EVALUATION

- 6-week session for Spring & Fall leagues - 4-week sessions for Summer leagues

- One 1.5-hour practice/week during the week

-One match/week(3 sets to 25) on Friday evenings or Saturday afternoons

- NRG club coach

- Game jersey provided

- Final week - Tournament

- Medals awarded for 1st-3rd place teams

Summer Sessions:

• Summer 1: May 27-June 21
• Summer 2: June 23-July 19
• Summer 3: July 28-August 23

COST - SPRING & FALL $265 - SUMMER $220

The Premier league is our most advanced league. It is for players 4th-8th grade and 2+ years experience and/or meet the league requirements. The Premier league will be divided into Div 1 & Div 2 for the 7th-8th grade ages. We will no longer do a pre-club league for 7th-8th grade as those ages are required to serve from the backline for school volleyball.

Requirements:

Div 1 & 4th-6th grade

- Must be able to overhand serve from behind the end line 6 of 10

- Must be able to pass serve to middle of the court without ball going over the net

Div 2

- Must be able to overhand serve from behind the end line or close to the end line 3 of 10

- Must be able to pass serve to middle of the court without ball going over the net

* EACH PLAYER MUST ATTEND AN EVALUATION

- 6-week session for Spring & Fall leagues - 4-week sessions for Summer leagues

- One 2-hour practice during the week

- 2 matches per week (2 sets to 25 each match) on Friday evenings or Saturday afternoons

- NRG club coach 

- NRG jersey 

- Referee provided for each game day

- End of season tournament

• Medals for 1st-3rd place teams

COST - SPRING & FALL $355 - SUMMER $290

• Evaluations are NOT required for Elite League participants. 
• Evaluations ARE required for players that have not played in our Pre-Club or Premier Leagues before, and for players that are wishing to move up from the Elite League or Pre-Club League.
• Players only need to attend ONE evaluation date. 
• Players must attend an evaluation prior to registering for the actual league online so that they may receive the passcode to register with for the league they were evaluated for.
