2025-2026 Tryout Process:

Tryout registration:

Please complete the 2026 Club Teams registration on this page. Team offers are generated from this registration (there is no cost to register).

Pre-Tryout evaluations/clinics begin May 5, 2025 (Days/Times TBA)

Pre-Tryout evaluations are used to identify players for various team levels. These clinics provide a way for the coaches to interact with the players and for the players get to know coaches as well.

Verbal Offers:

Beginning May 5 athletes will start receiving verbal offers for the upcoming club season. Verbal offers are non-binding. Once your athlete receives a verbal offer we ask that you provide an "Accept", "Want to think it over", or "Decline"answer. When accepting a verbal offer we ask that parents & athletes be sure. Please do not just accept a verbal offer if you intend on trying out at other clubs. Athletes can attend as many different club evaluations as they want, but do not accept a verbal offer until the athlete is sure. This helps prevent players that actually want to play at their chosen club from losing a roster spot to an athlete that has maybe accepted multiple verbal offers from different clubs. We want all athletes to find the right fit for them. Once NRG has made a verbal offer, we do not rescind offers unless a player drops out of contact with the club or coach.

Signing Day & Tryouts:

Signing day is TBA for all age groups this year. Signing day is also a tryout day for all age groups. The tryout day will only be a uniform fitting for athletes that have already accepted a verbal team offer. There will be actual tryouts for those athletes still looking for a team or even move up a team from the original offer.

• The morning of Signing Day you will receive an email from the OCS system with your written offer. The email will come from “No Reply offers@ntr.vstarvolleyball.com”. Open the email completely and follow these steps:

1. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the opened email page and acknowledge the OCS terms & then hit the green accept button

• Once you have accepted the OCS offer you will receive an offer from NRG that will allow you to sign your contract and setup your payments. When registering via the payment system you can choose ACH or Credit card for payment type. ACH has lower fees than Credit Card.
