ELITE LEAGUE
This is our beginner-level volleyball league, designed specifically for kids new to the sport, where they will receive guidance from our NRG coaches to develop their skills and create an understanding of the game.
Level: Beginner
Ages: 2nd-6th grade
Teams will practice for one hour on Saturday mornings/early afternoons depending on the age group and play one game (best 2/3) following their practice. The final weekend of league will be a tournament day for all teams, so there will be no practices on this day, only games.
all schedules and rosters will be posted and sent out the week before the league begins.
*No evaluations or pre-requisites required for this league.

PREMIER LEAGUE
This league is tailored for more experienced athletes who aspire to excel in the sport. Our NRG coaches will provide them with the opportunity to enhance their skills and progress towards reaching club-level teams. Many of our younger club players participate in this league.
Level: Intermediate
(1+ years)
Ages: 4th-8th grade
Teams will have one 1.5hr practice during the week and two games on saturday afternoons.
The final weekend of league will be a tournament day for all teams.

Pre-requisites:
-Must be able to overhand serve from behind the end line
-Must be able to pass ball forward without going over the net
*Evaluation required to register for this league.
SUMMER 1: June 8-July 13

CLUB LEAGUE
This advanced league is designed for athletes with prior club experience who are looking to continue developing at a higher level. Our NRG coaches provide high-level training and competition to help players refine their skills and prepare for continued success in club play. Many current club athletes participate in this league, and full club teams are welcome to join if interested.

(Club Experience NRG or Other)
Ages: 4th-8th grade

PREMIER & CLUB EVALUATIONS
- Evaluations will be held on Fridays @5:00-6:00PM
- Players wanting to join the Premier or Club League must attend ONE evaluation before registering.
- A passcode will be provided to each athlete after the evaluation. Parents will need the correct passcode to be able to register online for the appropriate league.
- If your athlete participated in the previous Fall Premier or has club experience, they will not have to attend an evaluation unless they are wanting to move from Premier to Club.
